GD, I was not disputing the legality of the SS, I was just stating a (biased) opinion of the issue. As a rule, I don't even frequent this site because of how I feel on the issue.
Just because I don't believe in a law, doesn't mean I wouldn't follow it. Right now I have an employee that I would like to go over and slap. Just because I "feel" that way, doesn't mean I will...:)
