[/quote] But men are lead to believe that marriage vows ARE THE CONTRACT. That's an illusion. If fidelity is not part of the contract and alimony is, this should replace the old marriage vows. The new REAL marriage vow should be "do you pledge to pay alimony regardless of how many guys your wife bangs till death do you part? Do you pledge to pay for her lawyer should she decide to sue you for all you have? Do you pledge to let some fat ass female judge decide who raises your kids?" "I do!" "I now pronounce you man and wife!" I can't believe you dont see the descrepency between the laws and the marriage vows. Totally misleading. The two should be the same. |
