My problem is that there is two parcels here one inwich i rent the other inwich i live inif we sell i will no longer have the rental as part of my income inwick i guess is fine because by selling one half it pays off thewhole amount owed an then im guessing i dont have a house payment any longer on this half, But what happens at the end of the year at tax time? Do you get reeled because your not having to make a house payment anymore? I dont know this place was my dream at one time and now im loosing half of it,I would do anything at this point to just get the issues settled and the divorce over.
