I recently went through a review of my Spousal Support order via a Spousal Support Hearing. The result of the hearing was issued via a Decision Paper (because my attorney asked for it during the hearing). Then about 2 weeks later the court issued an Order After Hearing which repeated the decision plus added some payment from me to my ex-spouse to help with her attorney fees. Then the Decision Paper was made final when it was recorded in the clerks office. The problem is the Order After Hearing that added the payment of attorneys fees was NOT included in the recorded Decision Paper. Does this mean the Order After Hearing is not to be applied since it was not included in the final recorded Decision Paper?
