I have a question regarding marital property. My ex-to-be will not give me anything from our home. Even though she has filled out her Dr1 choosing the items that she wants to keep out of the marriage. My attorney says I have the legal right to go into the home a retrieve these items when she is not home. My concern is that I have a very good case going into court and I don't want to look like the bad guy. The less ammunition she has the better, right now she has none. My question is; will I look bad in the judges eye by going into the home when she is not there and removing the items that she doesn't want or do I do without and wait until the divorce is final? I live in Missouri.
