The gambling part just bothers me for the simple fact she was cheated out of an Oscar for her "poor me" performance in October in which I applauded by writing out checks and keeping my garage open for her Infiniti...
I moved "out" here for her and I have lived outside the suburbs commuting 100 miles round-trip for 13 years. I did this so she could live in close proximity to her parents and only one of us would have to commute to work.
The feelings of duty, obligation, and sacrifice have waned since the "ax fell".
Being raised in the rustic rural South, I have been wanting to have a chunk of dirt to call my own and it is not spite or fear that drives my thoughts far from this place.
I hope to have a home,20+ acres, and a couple of horses that, hopefully, my children can enjoy when they spend the summers and one "floating" week per year with me; plus, with my "new" master's degree substitute teach or change careers, altogether.
The only question remaining is: Great Falls, Montana or Knob Noster, Missouri?
