DS12 - takes out trash, does dishes, mows yard - all as needed - granted we often view 'needed' pretty differently. He is learning though. He also has to make his lunch, keep his stuff out of common areas... though he has more freedom to live in his room how he wants (which is way messier than I could stand - but not as bad as it could be by any means)

DD7,SD6,SS6 - sets the table (gets extra chairs if we're all home), keep their room clean (to my standards), make(7yo)/assist(6yos) with their lunches.

DS12 thinks he gets the short end of the stick - I point out that he gets a lot more bonuses for the more responsibility (later bed time, more computer time, less interference from us, ect.) He's not willing to give up his bonuses and be treated like the younger kids :)
