What about calling social services on him? Id hate to see your son in the "system" but you'd think theyd place your son with you instead. I hate courts.. are you afraid to go back to court because the judge said hes tired of hearing from you?
Isnt your son old enough to decide for himself where he wants to live? I thought at 12 years old, kids can decide in court? Or does your son not want to say this in fear of hurting his father?
Your son cant just "live" with you even tho dad has custody..
This is why people grab their kids and run, do you really think he'd come after you with all the problems he has? You said you have your son now, so why dont you just leave it at that? Why do you NEED to get custody? Is dad really going to come around knocking for his son when he cant get his own act together?
Where does your son fall into all of this? Where does he want to live now?
