Fight the decrease, but don't ask for an increase. Sad to say, the judge WILL, no matter your reasoning, see it as retaliation/anger/jealousy. Judges are supposed to be impartial, but they're human; please don't ask for an increase now. Just don't. Even if in the future you might do so, don't do it now.

Like I said, I know it hurts. Think of this; if you withdraw your motion for an increase, he might have more money, but you'll have more integrity.

THat is the biggst CROCK of BS I have ever read!!!!!!! You should be seeking child support based on BOTH of your curretn incomes. That may lead to a decrease or an increase. You'll just have to wait and see what he's current earning from ALL sources of income.

It's also total BS that a judge will think badly of you for seeking an increase. This is nothign a judge hasn't seen a million times before. All that is happening here is a CS revual. based on current incomes.
