today was ex monthly apperance. He has to appear each month with money in hand. So he showed up today with Nov.'s payment and he has until Dec. 20th to make the Dec. payment. Anyways, he asked the court today for a reduction on present and future CS. He only has 16 months on that part. The judge said that he needs to submit his financial records and they would consider a reduction, however highly unlikely considering the arrears. In open court, he refused to say where he works or how much he makes. The judge told him that was his choice. He was told that if I seek an incress and he still refuses, the increase will be automatic back and retroactive to todays hearing.
