What he needs is an Attorney that would be willing to come to another area to fight for him. One that would work out something, he has 50,000 she has frozen from cooper tire. She is now asking the court for it too. She already spent the 401k just before she threw him out. I would be willing to bet, that in discovery of her finances they will find money stashed somewhere. Unless she has put it in her parents account.
