Sent you a draft of a Motion to Vacate Default Judgment and a blank Affidavit in Support of Motion to Vacate Defualt Judgment.
Fill it the best you can with the events from the receipt of court date notice to what happend on December 1st from the time he arrived to the time he left. Be as detailed as you can with time and with names of persons hubby spoke to. Don't worry if it's jumbled or not pretty...that's my job.
I'm going to hold on the Motion for New Trial until after this Motion is accepted or rejected.
