He died because he had a $50-a-day marijuana addiction and untreated high blood pressure. It may be the addiction to blame for why he was $85K behind in CS. His CHOICE. His CHOICE to not have his blood pressure treated. His CHOICE to allow himself to get behind and be arrested. The system just had the misfortune to have him finally kick the bucket from his bad lifestyle, while he was in their custody, and now they gotta clean up the mess HE created.
