You are not the type of person this system is set up for. It's because of all of the people who are ordered to pay support and don't and job hop as a way to get out of it. It stinks that you have to suffer because of those who don't meet their obligations, but I'd do what AH suggested. call them when you take another job and alert them. If they know ahead of time they may be able to flag something that says you are not changing jobs but starting an additional job.
