When I filed for CS, Ex with his expensive and good lawyer dragged it. So the temporary was set a year and a half after I actually filed. Can you beleive it? So he paid nothing for a year and a half and during a part of this period he had a 6-figure paycheck. When the final order will be set, do I need to file a motion to get a court order of back support on a year and a half or it will be done automatically?
