I do have to say that a good lawyer does not necessarily mean you'll get her income imputed.
I had a good lawyer that argued for imputing my ex's income, just asked that she impute his income to 40 hours a week. His income is based on 20-25 hours a week or $6.12 an hour at 40 hours. His only proof of income was a piece of paper that his grandmother wrote down some dates and dollar amounts on, he worked for his grandfather.
