Most states won't allow you to waive CS. Its the right of the child and not the parent. But consider this. You may not want to drain him, you may not be vindictive. But if you simply let him off the hook you ARE enabling him. You're enabling him to have MORE kids he won't support and their mothers may not be able to afford it on their own. If he never gets the message that he can't keep doing this, he'll never stop.
