My concern is that if I start filing police reports she'll go to jail or be arrested which would be very very stressfull and the baby could be aborted as a result of this stress. I am trying to protect the baby.
Once the baby is born that's a whole different story. I will not take the abuse. In the mean time I want some type of documentation that will hold up in court. Will tape recordings of conversations hold up? Will photo's hold up?
