Oh yes it will be retro to the date of file and that would include her having to pay you back for any overage ON TOP of the $$ that she could be paying YOU if she does infact make more and you will now be the one given CS.
Our court case was rescheduled several times, the X asked for the amount to NOT be retro'ed, it was not agreed upon. However the amount of CS was and now she is refusing to sign the agreement :( Either way that amount will be retro'ed, however it has been almost a year here. Apparently those who refuse to pay can drag this out for MONTHS.
