Yes without a reduction, yes, but I don't know that he would not get a reduction due to enlisting in the military? I think he needs to seek the advice of a lawyer first and foremost. Like I said BM was imputed only for the first time and then never again. If he enlists and stays in the military for a long period of time I don't think it will be an issue.
