Child Support in Texas is based on net or gross?

Called child support agency where the child support modification will occur and they told me that child support is based on NET resources
Does this mean Gross income - Federal Income- Social Security taxes- Medicare Tax X 20%?
Insurance currently paid for child also has to be deducted from gross?
