I have to agree with the others who say that cohabitation is a bad idea. My STBX moved in with his gf one week after our separation and even though I live in a no fault state, the judge looked at him incredulously when I asked that the children not be exposed to new gf so suddenly during our first hearing. Since gf cannot be around my children, STBX chooses not to exercise visitation. No matter what, having a live in bf is going to make you look bad to the judge and ultimately you don't want to lose credibility with anything concerning custody, etc. Let bf get something temporiarily until your divorce is final.
