Contempt of Court....

In family court, how serious is a contempt charge. My ex disenrolled our son from his daycare that he has been at for a year. She also enrolled him in a school that was not agreed to.
The contempt comes in in that we share legal and physical custody and are ordered to discuss all such issues...
I know if it were me as a Dad and I pulled this, I would probably risk damaging my custody...not tyring to sound biased but it is a fact of the family court system.
What could really even happen to her if anything?
