For the past 10 years I have had sole legal / physical custody. My ex has had EOW - that is all specified in court order. He has had them for couple weeks at a time in summer and several holidays of his choice.
Recently I asked him to pay for 1/2 of child's braces, per court order and since then a whole bunch of stuff has taken place.
The latest being that we have a temporary order that states that his summer visitation will be X Week and Y Week. No problem. But today I recieved and email stating he wants the kids EOW also. I am waiting on my atty. to get back with me to clarify but I would like your all's input as well. We have made plans and agreed to this arrangement back in March and now from my point he is wanting to deviate from the court order he inititated as well as prior agreement. Any advice?
