OT - Parenting Schedules

What are some good 50/50 schedules that work for you guys? Got a co-worker's son that is in the early stages of separation/divorce and does not want to settle for any less than 50% parenting schedules. STBX is being a biotch of course and is only wanting him to have Wed/Thurs/Fr/Sat every other week and then only Wed/Thursday on the off week. I told co-worker there is no way in Hades he should agree to that.
I've tried to come up with suggestions for him based on my experience and everything here, so whatever you can come up with I'd appreciate and will pass on. State is MO.
