when me and my ex got divorced, we agreed on certain weekends that I get my kids for visitation. She has sinced moved out of state but only about an hour away. Now my kids are 13 and 17 and have their friends and activities where they live. They often don't want to come visit becuase they are just of that age. After nearly a half year of them rarely coming to visit I threw a fit and demanded that I want them every other weekend. My ex claims that after a certain age they don't have to visit if they don't want to. I thought the ex has to uphold the divorce papers until the child is 18. Any help? Thanks
