I would call her or, better yet, call and e-mail her, as then you have a record of it, and tell her you will be coming to get the children at your designated time, and write out what day and time that will be. Also tell her that if she does not have the children ready and in any way thwarts your attempt to have them, you will be going to the courthouse the very next business day to file a contempt of court charge. And do it if she gives you any trouble.
