Hello, I am trying to find out what the pension,401k, and retirement benefits are from my spouses employer. She is a 20 yr employee of a large HMO, and has participated in all the benefit packages her employer offers. We have been married for 12yrs, and have gotton to the real nasty part of pre divorce fun and games. I had to move out almost 2yrs ago, due to a pre-planned no contact order that she and her sister put together as soon as she found out I am entitled to half of all the benefits that have accrued during our marriage. I was the stay at home guy for the last 4yrs of our marriage due to a job injury. I was put out on the street,jailed for bs reasons and now I want to file for divorce since she has not. She did file for personal bankruptcy this year. I have no money for a lawyer, but the pension,401k, etc are very significant in value as of two years ago. My question is how do I obtain the info on these assets without a lawyer, and a wife who is not wanting to give up a dime of her money?
