We still have his pension to decide upon. I was going to try to make a deal with my maintenance with that. But I don't see why I shouldn't get SS AND PENSION.
---> As far as the pension, yes, you can negotiate on that. But my ex got both (actually 401K..same thing basically)

You are right about my name on any vehicles, that is very possible, that he would wreck. He has had a claim on every insurance policy we ever had, including the house. Most of them were obvious stop short scams in my opinion. He's claimed the same neck injury in at least three and used the same Chiro to write them up. You would think insurance companies would be wise to this. He was always alone when it happened and kept me out of the loop, I told him I would never go to jail for him. Squeal like a pig, that's my motto.

Relayer, you crack me up. Thank you. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I've went back over your posts to other people, and even though this is serious business, I always enjoy your sense of humor or outrage, I can't decide which.
