So basically the judge is gonna tell him to get a second job, right. --> Or go into arrears and suffer the consequences We still have his pension to decide upon. I was going to try to make a deal with my maintenance with that. But I don't see why I shouldn't get SS AND PENSION. ---> As far as the pension, yes, you can negotiate on that. But my ex got both (actually 401K..same thing basically) How did they work that out for you, Relayer. Did she get permanent SS? --> 5 years You are right about my name on any vehicles, that is very possible, that he would wreck. He has had a claim on every insurance policy we ever had, including the house. Most of them were obvious stop short scams in my opinion. He's claimed the same neck injury in at least three and used the same Chiro to write them up. You would think insurance companies would be wise to this. He was always alone when it happened and kept me out of the loop, I told him I would never go to jail for him. Squeal like a pig, that's my motto. -->Oink It always pissed me off that not only was I paying for it with higher rates, so was everyone else. ---> Yep, but soon none of your concern He never told me or shared with me the amount of money he got, but I'm sure it wasn't change.Always just this side of shady. Why did I stay, guys? It must have been love, ---> Love is blind..unfortunately it's also dumb but now that it's done, I don't understand what I was thinking. ---> join the WTF was I thinking club. I am the President. And Founder. Even with the financial mess and troubled child he left me with, I've slept better this week, than I have for 10 years. Relayer, you crack me up. Thank you. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I've went back over your posts to other people, and even though this is serious business, I always enjoy your sense of humor or outrage, I can't decide which. ---> Ya, I get riled up sometimes but ya gotta have some humor to survive this stuff.. |
