Hi,
My ex is required by court order to pay two joint credit cards. He does not pay them and I get stuck paying them because I don't want to ruin my credit. In addition he is $11,000 in arrears in childsupport and hasn't seen the kids for over a year. He will not even return there calls! My son who is 8 called him 28 days ago and emailed him, no call back. I don't know what to do I am drowning financially.
Court I know but he is SO manipulative and I believe the judge truly likes him - Last time we went he came in dressed in his active duty clothes even though he was not on active duty and I believe this has influenced the judge throughout.
I am so sick of this! Why can't he just do what he is supposed too?
