Im in a real dilema I will try to make it short.. if youhave any q just ask. Ive been separated for 6 mos. H is living w his mistress now ( long horrible story) We filed chapter 13 three and half yrs ago. He quit paying his part of the bk when he and this woman went to vegas for 6wks. I pd my part but couldnt afford any extra. It was dismissed. The only thing I have to pay for is the house and my car. 337.mo for 2 more yrs. I lost my job thanks to this other woman as well ( long story) anyway,,I just got another job, and I keep my grandaughter pt , but nothing compared to what I was making.. I CANNOT afford this house , its 1600 mo. I sure cant depend on him, I look for him and her to take off again anytime, He has come back & forth a couple of times but I am the DOORMAT of the group. Brokenhearted and so upset all the time.. NOW Do I try to use the government bailout modification program and keep this house? It needs some work I cant afford but it is a nice house. OR do I just file chpter 7 so I can get out of the car payment and either do a short sale on the house or let it go back?? Im so confused , but the house is behind I have to do something quick... Any advice for someone who Is so messed up?
