Child support is what the guidelines state they are. If you refuse to accept less, there isn't much he can do about it.
The ony time that it isn't what the guidelines are is when both parties agree to a different amount.
If the guidelines state $700 a month for 2 kids, then that is what he pays.
I would also get it set up as an automatic wage garnishment.
