Ours was uncontested, she moved out in April, we were done on May 6th. In LA you only have to be seperated for 6 months and provide one witness to confirm it. Cost:625.00. There was one lawyer, we both sat in the room and told her what we each wanted/agreed to and she said we can have a court date in 6 days. Ex went to court, I didn't, it was easier than getting married. In all it took about 10 minutes of court time and two visits to a lawyer. As much as the ex calls I have thought about suing the lawyer because it seems like she did not do a good job since the ex is calling so much
