Don't know about in the UK, but here grandparents only have the rights that their daughter/son give them for seeing the grandchildren, especially when they are still together.
Sounds like she would be a "wonderful" grandmother to have to deal with.
Just keep documenting and recording and getting witnesses. I definitely wouldn't want to be around her nor have my child around her.
