advise on grandparents (my x inlaws)

they live 2 hours away, in 2000 we went to court and is stated 4 visits a month but also that was back when i lived in north jersey close to them i have moved 3 1/2 years now in south jersey and they have stopped coming to the bday parties and hardly any phone calls. they only want the kids at their house and in the summer but i work evenings both kids are in school and i have every other weekend off for quality time with them and my summers with them. Plus they want to keep in touch with their friends and join groups etc...
what do i do?
