I too am a Grandmother of four I have not seen my oldest grandchild since he was 5 and he will soon be 9 years old.You need to remember that you will probably be a Grandmother one of these daysand it will tear out your heart to think that they need you and there is nothing you can do.It's no fun to go to bed each night praying that your grandchild is ok. I lost my mother at the ripe old age of 15 and my childen never knew her and I would cut off my right arm right now to have her to give me advice. I would of loved to call her with problems with my kids.So just remember this when things are crazy with your teenagers and that you were a teenager once that the problems you are dealing with today with them they will be dealing with your grandchildren one day.Think about it.
