Relocation

We are wanting to relocate 60 miles into MO. from IL. I have sole custody. There are alot of reasons why, including working in MO., central location to family including non custodial parent, smaller community, better schools, etc........the non custodial parent visits our child only 3 hours on Wednesdays and every other weekend, rotating holidays etc...pretty basic. I sent out a 60 day notification letter to her today and revamped the visitation agreement. Gave her a extra week in summer, all of mothers day weekend, all of the mother's birthday weekend, rotating spring break, also mentioned lowering her child support payment to offset the extra cost of the travel. Which we suggesting meeting half way or keep it like it is. SHe picks up at start and I pick up at end of. By the way, she has never paid any child support in the (2) plus years custody has been changed.
Any thoughts ??
