I don't believe you have grounds for annulment. You can get an annulment for fraud, but you would have to have been lied to about things other than money. Like that she had been married before or maybe that she had children you didn't know about. I found several websites about annulment in Kansas. Just do a search for it. As for your wife's debt, Kansas is an equitable distribution state, which means that a judge can divide all your property and debts in a manner that he/she thinks is equitable.
