Our court date was scheduled for the 21st of Oct. Neither he or his attorney showed up. The judge told us to come back today. Does anyone know what will happen if he doesn't show up today? He has changed the locks on our home and I need my clothes and shoes out of our home. It's getting cold here and all I have is a pair of sandles and tennis shoes. I can't wear tennis shoes to work. :confused:
