Good post, but based upon his question, I don't think he knows what you know. That is why we still suggest knowing the Men's Rights forum and all the links inside and out so that he can approach the court or a potential attorney with knowledge.
What he wants to do is rock the boat. Not many women take too kindly to this and it will behoove him to know what he is up against.
