Well, you are entitled to a portion of his retirement pay; you said he is getting out and I assume you mean retiring since he has over 20 yrs. You were married for 12 yrs, so you are entitled to half of twelve years of retirement pay. So if he gets out with 22 yrs service, you would get 6/22 portion of his retirement if that makes sense.
You are also entitled to child support, and possibly alimony. You pretty much are entittled to the same things a non-military spouse would be entitled to. Since your oldest child is 22 then I don't think there would be any issues there, making that child an adult.
