Just because you want to have him charged with adultery and disobeying the no contact order, it is up to his Commander to proceed. If you just want to make him miserable, file another complaint with the IG after the baby is born and paternity is admitted. If you got part of his retirement in the settlement, he will paying the rest of his or your life so whats left to do to him. I know its hard, I was in the same boat as you and my anger ruled me for a long time and times it still does, but it gets easier. |
