There has to be some common sense applied. She now knows that she is not legally married, what is anyone doing about that. If she has not stopped it when she knew she should have, yes, that is fraud. What they do is up to the local Command. Someone may have told her to bring in the paperwork when she gets it. I would say the reality is that even if someone is told, they are not going to spend a lot of time and energy trying to track it all down. She has legally shown she is married. Until something legally says she is not, it will probably stay the same. Let her deal with her career, as long as she meets her obligations to her kids, there is no reason to get involved.
