I did call DEERS, they said I would probably need a paternity test due to being out of wedlock but said to double check with the ID office, I called them and they said a marriage cert and B.C. should be enough to change it. Hopefully ex will get that done as they said he needs to come in and change it.

As far as the ID goes, he has been demanding me to give to to HIM and that I can't do anything else. I don't trust him at all, knowing him he will say I never turned it in and try to get me in trouble if I gave it to him. I just don't want to have to deal with him anymore than I have too.
