#1 DO NOT SLEEP WITH HER AGAIN. Because, ew. And it will negate any claim you have to a divorce due to adultery.
#2 She will likely get 1/2 of everything acquired during the marriage. Including the debt. That is just how it works.
#3 Depending on how long you were married, she may get some spousal support.
