It's your cell phone, it's your choice who you get to block. Given that you have a landline that he can call, he would be wasting the court's time. Be sure to ask that he pays your legal fees should he file this frivolous lawsuit.
BTW, did you keep all of those harassing texts? That would make your strong case even stronger.
