Inter-state custody

I live in missouri, I have joint legal custody with unsupervised visitation. There is no specfic laid down outline on when and where i am allowed to have my children. The other parent has Joint legal and Physical custody.
Recently Other Parent who lives in New York State got married to someone he just met from the internet.Now other parent is saying that i need to stay out of the boys life because the boys have a new mom.His family and him have all threatened me over the phone saying if i call his house or theirs to talk to the boys i would be charged and arrested for harssment.
what legal rights do i really have, Does this new wife of his now have more rights of my kids then i do. He still has not put me on the school or medical conact emergency list as he was so ordered to do, Yet he put her on there :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
