Need to find a good Dayton Attorney

We have several issues in the final decree of 6 years ago that my DH wants to revisit. First, is this possible? Second, can anyone recommend a good attorney in the Dayton area to do this?
The ex is a real piece of work. Kept all the purse strings till the divorce and DH couldn't afford an attorney. Want to revisit the pension issues, the issue of his having to pay 100% of his daughter's college education on his income of $25K, and the issue of the ex getting his daughter for a tax deduction every year.
