Can I claim 25% of mortgage interest?

I moved out in June of 2006. Out divorce is not fial until April. My soon to be ex filed his taxes claiming 1 of our 2 children and the whole house. I paid the mortgage for the first 6 months so I should get 25% correct? Now that he has filed....who will get in trouble? [color:red] [/color]
