You made a coparenting agreement with the kid's dad last night and yo are already trying to change it ?
Having wishy washy consequences won't help you son learn to control his personality disorder so that he can function in society. If his girlfriend would dump him because she can't see him for a few weeks, that relationship wasn't meant for the long term anyhow.
